A .NET wrapper of perhaps the greatest image manipulation API there is, ImageMagick

This is a continuation of the work which can be found at this page:

Some slight improvements have been made to make for "prettier code", including using properties for certain image properties (such as width/height)

I've moved it here to CodePlex to allow other users to contribute easily using source control.
